How do I return an item?

Simply give us a call or submit an email in the contact us form (see bottom of page). If you would like more information, please see our return policy 


Where is my order?

To find where your order is, log on to your account and go to view orders. Find the order you are inquiring about and see if it has shipped yet. If your order has shipped, click on the tracking number or copy it and paste it into google. This should tell you exactly where your package is. Keep in mind that the routes packages take may not always make sense. The shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, & Fedex) ship a lot of packages and have routes set up to be as cost effective as possible. If you would like more information, please contact our office and we will be happy to help.


Do you deliver to my country?

Currently, orders are only deliverable to the 48 continental United States. Shipping Restrictions may also apply. See Restrictions at bottom of the page.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unless otherwise noted, items ship out within 1 - 3 business days (Normally 1-2). Shipping will depend on the method of shipping selected. Economy shipping usually arrives between 5-10 business days. Standard Shipping arrives 3 - 7 business days. Expedited arrives within 5 business days.


What does product availability mean?

Product availability gives information on the status of the item. 

In Stock: Product is in stock

Special Order: Item may be ordered but will ship direct from manufacturer (may include extended time for manufacturing)

Out of Stock: The item is currently out of stock. We are unsure when we will be getting more in (depending on the item) so contact for more details.

Discontinued: Item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and will no longer be available for purchase.


How do I place an order?

Find the item or items you wish to order and click add to cart. From there you can purchase with your credit card, or you can checkout with paypal.


How do I use a discount code?

A discount code can be put in at checkout. Your total will then reflect your new purchase amount.


How can I pay for my order?

Current forms of payment offerred are Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal 


Can I trust this site?

Yes! The only time we will ask for a credit card is upon checkout of your order. We will not ask you to download anything unless indicated by you. If you are in question, give us a call Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST. We operate out of the United States (born and raised). You will NOT get a service rep from overseas!! :)


Is there a warranty?

We have a 30 day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! Unless otherwise noted, all of our products have a 30 day risk free warranty. A mass amount of our products may have manufacturer warranties that extend up to two years, contact product manufacturer for details.

What do I do if I do not receive my order?

Please contact us! Sometimes shipping carriers deliver packages to strange locations. If you have checked these locations, give us a call or email us and we will open a case with the shipping carrier and make sure your order is properly taken care of.
